心理療法過程で生じる夢の中の他者, 物, 場所の役割

Abstract

分析心理学では, 夢の補償機能を重視し, 主観水準の解釈に基づいて, 夢の中の対象に現れたクライエントの無意識の側面に気づき, それを以前の意識的態度に統合することが目指される。本論文では, 夢の中の他者, 物, 場所の役割について考えることを目的とし, 夢の中の対象への着目と検討が, クライエントの心理的テーマへの示唆を得ることや, 後の心理療法の展開に繋がったとされる, 17の夢分析の事例を精査した。結果, 夢の中の他者の役割にはバリエーションが見られることや, 夢の私と夢の中の物, 場所との関わりも, 他者との関わりと同様に意味があることが示された。また, 夢の私が関わらない対象同士の関係にも, 夢見手の心理的テーマや心の状態が現れるため, 夢の私の代わりに, 夢の中の対象が変容, 成長を体験することの意義が示唆された。加えて, 夢の中の対象同士の対立や, 夢の私が対象を失う体験も, 夢見手の心理的テーマの展開にとって重要と思われる。

Analytical psychology attaches importance to the compensatory function of dreams. Therefore, psychotherapy aims to pay attention to the clients' unconscious appearing as objects in dreams and to unite it to their conscious attitude based on interpretation on the subjective level. To discuss the roles of other people, things, and places in dreams, this study reviewed 17 dream analysis case studies, where focusing on these objects in dreams contributed to gain insight into clients' psychological themes and to develop psychotherapy process. This study showed that there are some variations in the roles of other people in dreams, and that the dream I's relations with things or with places are as important as the dream I's relations with other people. In addition, the relations between objects in dreams, where the dream I does not join, was suggested to express the dreamer's psychological theme and psychological situation. Therefore, it seemed important that the objects in the dreams have changed or grown up in place of the dream I. Again, the conflict between objects in dreams and the dream I's experiences losing someone or something seem to also develop the dreamer's psychological theme.
