面接空間に生起する相互交流についての一考察 --逆転移としての身体感覚について対象関係論の視点から考える--

Abstract

面接空間では、言語的交流だけでなく、非言語的交流が生じる。そこには、行動、視線、声の調子といった客観化しやすいものから、セラピストの中に生じる視覚的イメージや、身体感覚といった客観化しにくいレベルのものも含まれる。セラピストには、自分の中で感じる逆転移をクライエント理解につなげていくことが求められる。そのため、セラピストの感じた逆転移をどのようにクライエント理解につなげていくのかという視点での研究は数多くなされてきた。それに対して逆転移の様相の違い(逆転移がどのような形で感受されるのか。身体感覚として感受されるのか、視覚的イメージとして感受されるのかなど)に注目した研究はほとんど見られない。したがって、筆者は本研究において、「身体感覚」という逆転移の様相に注目し、身体感覚という体験の様相について、対象関係論の視点から考察した。

In interviews, therapists interact non-verbally as well as verbally with their clients. Non-verbal interactions involve various factors: behaviors, eye contact, and verbal tones are easily objectified, and visual images and physical sensations evoked in the therapist's mind are difficult to objectify. Therapists are required to utilize the counter-transferences that they experience to understand their clients. There have been many studies regarding how to make use of counter-transference experienced by therapists to gain a better understanding of their clients. In contrast, there have been very few studies regarding the differences in aspects of counter-transference, or differences in the ways in which therapists experience counter-transference, especially with regard to whether they perceive counter-transferences as physical sensations or as visual images. This paper, therefore, looks at "physical sensations" as an aspect of a counter-transference and discusses its meaning from the viewpoint of object-relations theory.
