Abstract: In Japan, schools and communities are required to foster children while building goals and collaborative relationships that share common goals and work together as equals. In this paper, we are interested in securing quality in collaborative projects of academic cooperation, and have examined its evaluation measures. In order to evaluate collaborative projects involving various people, it is necessary to pay attention to the difference between school education and social education. A case of the activity of "Children's After School Activities" based in B primary school in X city was studied. Under the cooperation of local residents, drama class is active after school and on Saturdays. Collaboration between school education and social education giving drama classes has various benefits for children and communities, but issues to be overcome are also seen. As a measure of evaluation, we referred to the concept of the logic model. It is difficult to set the outcome index compared with the output, but we set indicators for each category from the viewpoint of school education and social education. In order to better collaborate between school education and social education, it is necessary to analyze one project from the viewpoint of both school education and social education and to consider the evaluation index. It is desirable that the parties share the roles and responsibilities appropriately, work on the projects, think about the resource input and ideal method of activities, and disseminate the "goodness" of their outcomes to society. Although the indicator proposed this time is still at a developmental stage, we would like to improve while practically operating and contributing to the continuous and stable operation of the project.
