ロールシャッハ法における父親・母親イメージカード選択の実態

Abstract

ロールシャッハ法の限界吟味段階で実施されるイメージカード選択について, その使用実態や学習状況を調査し, アセスメントとしての可能性と課題について探ることを目的とした。医療, 福祉, 産業など臨床現場における臨床心理士122名に質問紙調査を実施した結果, 対象者の90%以上がイメージカード選択を認知し, 実施していることが明らかとなった。ただし, 教示内容が統一されていないことが示され, 各施行者によって異なる水準のイメージを扱っていると考えられた。背景として, 専門的な学習機会の不十分さがうかがわれ, 教示方法や解釈方法は各臨床現場で独自の発展を遂げてきたことが推察された。手続きや解釈の自由度の高さについては, 事例に臨機応変に対応できるという利点が考えられるが, 施行者によって意識的に活用されているとはいいがたい。今後はイメージカード選択を通したアセスメントの可能性について事例研究を重ねていく必要があると考えられた。

When testing the limits of the Rorschach technique, people are usually asked to select father and mother image cards. Current training in how to use this procedure in Japan was investigated. Furthermore, the potential for growth was discussed. A questionnaire survey was conducted with clinical psychologists in clinical situations, such as the medical, welfare, and industrial sectors (n = 122). The results indicated that more than 90% of subjects recognized and conducted the procedure. However, teaching contents were not unified, which indicated that clinicians dealt with images on different levels. It appeared that opportunities for professional training in administering the technique were insufficient. Teaching and interpretation methods were inferred to have developed independently at each clinical site. The high degree of methodological freedom made it possible to deal with cases flexibly. However, clinicians did not seem to use these advantages consciously. Further case studies of the assessment process using image card selection are necessary.
