こころの葛藤のアセスメント --ロールシャッハ法を中心に--

Abstract

本論ではこころの葛藤が, いかにして成り立ちうるのかを精神分析的な理論の中でも対象関係論を基に概観した。自我心理学における考察から, エディプス期までは「獲得すべき」ものとして, 対象関係論における考察から, エディプス期以降は「解消していく」ものとして葛藤が存在していると理解された。前者での固着が境界性人格構造に, 後者が神経症人格構造に関連していると考えられる。これらの葛藤をアセスメントする際に, 心理検査を用いることがあるが, 無意識と関連していると考えられる葛藤は, ロールシャッハ法を用いて理解していくことが有用であると述べ, 葛藤を理解するために着目すべき点を考察した。心理検査があまりにもセラピスト側の早急すぎる理解である可能性も踏まえながら, クライエントの葛藤を見誤らないことが重要だと考えられる。

This thesis studies the occurrence of psychological conflicts from the perspective of psychoanalytic theory, especially object relations theory. In ego psychology, conflict is "to be acquired, " whereas in object relations theory, conflict is "to acquire" until the Oedipal period and "to be resolved" after the Oedipal period. The former perspective is related to a borderline personality organization and the latter is related to a neurotic personality organization. While psychological assessment tools may be used to examine these conflicts, it may be useful to understand the conflicts considered to be related to unconscious states using the Rorschach method, and points were identified that should be given attention while understanding conflicts. It is important to avoid misinterpreting the client's conflict while also considering the possibility that the psychological examination may be too rapid to understand the therapist's perspective.
