精神分析的心理療法における「心的変化」 --「心的空間」の視点から--

Abstract

本稿では、精神分析的心理療法における「心的変化」について、「心的空間」の視点から考察した。精神分析的心理療法における「心的変化」については「心的空間」と密接に関係すると示唆された。さらに来談者中心療法やユング派心理療法における「心的変化」にも、「心的空間」の拡がりが少なからず関与している可能性がうかがえた。ただやはり、「心的変化」が具体的にどのようなものなのか、何によってどのようにもたらされ得るのかについては明確にはし難いことが改めて考察された。一方、このこと自体が、私たちの臨床の在り方をよく示している可能性が示唆された。つまり、心理療法の対象が個人であれ家族であれ、その相手と深くかかわる際には概念や理論だけでは決してなしえないということである。そして多くの具体的な事例を通して、私たちは自身の面前にいるクライエントについての理解をさらに深めていくことの重要性が改めて確認された。

In this paper, "Psychic change" in psychoanalytic psychotherapy was considered from the viewpoint of "Psychic space." "Psychic change" in psychoanalytic psychotherapy is closely related to "Psychic space." Furthermore the expansion of "Psychic space" seems to be considerably involved in "Psychic change" in client-centered therapy and Jungian therapy. However, it is difficult to clarify what "Psychic change" is and what it can bring about. On the other hand, this itself may show us the clinical practice. That is, whether it is an individual or a family member of psychotherapy, when deeply involved with that client, it can never be done by concepts or theory alone. Through a number of concrete cases, we confirmed the importance of deepening our understanding of clients in front of ourselves.
