日本におけるスクールカウンセリングの事例報告から見たその特徴と実践知の検討

Abstract

本研究の目的は, 日本におけるスクールカウンセリングにおける38の事例報告を整理することによって, 日本のスクールカウンセリングの特徴と実践知を検討することにある。その結果, 主たるテーマから, 10のカテゴリーに分類された。それらの関係図として示した。さらに, 具体的な事例の内容から, 多くの事例の中で問われた「面接構造」の「安定－不安定さ」の軸と, 「外界と内界の世界」の軸で, スクールカウンセラーの4つの活動のあり方を示した。「関係図」や「活動のあり方」は, 日本のスクールカウンセリングの積み重ね中で育てられてきたものであり, 日本のスクールカウンセラーの特徴と実践知を抽出したものである。

This research was performed to examine the characteristics and practical wisdom of school counseling through 38 case reports of school counseling in Japan. The results were classified into 10 categories from the main themes of cases. School counselors' activities were classified by the axis of stability-unstableness of the interview structure, and the axis of outside position-inner position from the contents of case reports. This study showed the characteristics and practical wisdom of school counseling in Japan.
