ランシエールの「知識の美学=感性論」 --市民性教育の再考--

Abstract

本論の目的は、ジャック・ランシエール(Jacques Rancière)の「知識の美学=感性論」を手がかりとして市民性教育における知の新たな構想を提示することである。主な論点は、市民性教育において知と無知をいかに捉えるかである。議論を通して、以下の2点の重要性が指摘される。第1に、知と無知は、社会的な位置=地位に関する知によって条件づけられているという点を意識すること、第2に、美的=感性的体験を市民性教育に位置づけることである。

This paper proposes an alternative vision of knowledge in citizenship education. Throughout the course, the significance of knowledge and ignorance and their implications for citizenship education are explored referring to the discussions of politics and aesthetics by Jacques Rancière. The following two points are suggested as critical issues to reconsider citizenship education: (1) the awareness that a certain knowledge and/or ignorance is conditioned by the knowledge of one's social position and (2) the creation of the moment of an aesthetic experience in citizenship education.
