心理臨床におけるイニシエーション概念についての研究 --セラピストとクライエントの関係性に着目して--

Abstract

本研究は、心理臨床におけるイニシエーション概念について検討することを目的とした。イニシエーションとは、人生の節目において人間がある段階から別の段階へ移行するのを助ける儀式を意味し、文化人類学から心理臨床領域に導入された。本研究では、イニシエーションの観点から考察された事例研究17編を概観し、症状を未開社会のイニシエーション儀礼の再演と捉えるFreud的な視点と夢や箱庭に表れるイメージの流れをイニシエーションの展開として捉えるJung的な視点の2種類があることを論じた。また、セラピストとクライエントの関係性に着目し、イニシエーションの観点から考察された事例では、両者の"一体化"が生じやすい傾向があることを論じた。また、セラピスト自身が逆転移的な体験をクライエント理解につなげることがセラピストとしてのイニシエーションをもたらす可能性について論じた。今後の課題として、海外の事例も対象とすること等が指摘された。

This study was performed to consider the concept of "initiation" in clinical psychology. The concept of initiation, referring to rituals supporting someone to transfer from one status to another in their life, was introduced from anthropology. First, it was discussed from two perspectives based on 17 case studies. The first is Freud's perspective, which regards a client's symptom as a replay of primitive initiation rites. The other is Jung's perspective, which regards a series of images expressed in client's dreams or sandplay as the development of initiation. Second, focusing on the relationship between the client and therapist, it was suggested that unification of them in the case studies which discussed from the point of view of "initiation". Using the therapist's own experience of countertransference to understand their clients leads to initiation as a therapist. Finally, it was noted that overseas case studies should be covered as a limitation of this study.
