北山理論における「うつろい」概念についての一考察

Abstract

本稿では、心的変化を捉える枠組みとして、「うつろいTransience」を取り上げた。北山によるいくつかの理論と照合しながら、その意義を考察した。結果、「うつろい」が内包する重要な視点として、以下の点が抽出された。①時間をかけることの重要性、②治療者側の複眼視と共視、③傷ついた世話役（と自己）への注視、④日本的罪悪感、⑤「ケガレ」の分析と肛門期的サディズムへの着目、⑥「A とA ではないものが重なり合う領域に留まろうとすること」の臨床理論、⑦三角関係化triangulation と原光景、⑧対象喪失と死せる母親dead mother である。以上の点から、「うつろい」は、心理療法において生ずる質的変化を関係性の視座から捉え直し、それを日本文化と関連して考察しうる有用な概念となる可能性が考えられた。今後は様々な領域、文化における「うつろい」を考察する必要がある。また、事例に即し、「うつろい」の病理的、発達促進的な表れを具体的に記述していく必要があるだろう。

In this paper, we discuss “Transience” as one framework to understand mental change. We discussed itssignificance by comparison with the theory of Osamu Kitayama. As a result, the following points wereextracted as important perspectives encompassed by “Transience.” (1) Theory of time; (2) Therapist’smultiple viewpoints and co-viewing; (3) Focus on the wounded caretaker (and self); (4) Japanese theoryof guilt; (5) Analysis of “Kegare” and its relation to anal-phase sadism; (6) Clinical theory of trying tostay in the area where “A” and “Not A” overlap; (7) Triangulation and the primary scene; and (8)Mourning work and the dying mother. From the above, we believe that “Transience” is useful forunderstanding changes that occur in psychotherapy, especially those rooted in Japanese culture. In future, it will be necessary to examine “Transience” in various fields and cultures, and to describe the pathologicaland developmental manifestations of “Transience” in the context of clinical cases.
