重松鷹泰による「授業分析」論の起源 --戦前の研究活動から戦後の教育改革への展開に注目して--

Abstract

本稿では、重松鷹泰が提唱した「授業分析」の背後にある理念を明らかにするため、その提唱以前の教育思想を検討し、氏の教育観の根源を分析した。その結果、四つの点が明らかになった。第一に、重松は一貫して「教育の科学化」を追求し、教育を客観的かつ実証的に分析し、その成果を教育現場に反映させることを目指した。第二に、教師の自立心と科学的判断力を重視した。第三に、教育が現実社会の動向に応じて進化するべきことを強調した。第四に、包括的で信頼性の高い教育評価の構築に努めてきた。結論として、重松の教育思想は、戦前から戦後にかけて「教育の科学化」と教師の自立心および科学的判断力の育成に重きを置いていたことが確認された。この思想は、現代の教員の専門職性確立や教育実践の質的向上にも重要な意義を持ち、事実に基づく教育や教員の主体的な課題解決を支える理念として再評価されるべきである。

This paper examines the educational philosophy of Shigematsu Takayasu prior to his advocacy of “lesson analysis” to clarify the underlying principles. Four key points emerged. First, Shigematsu consistently pursued the “scientification of education, ” to objectively and empirically analyze education and apply the findings to practice. Second, he emphasized the importance of teacher autonomy and scientific judgment. Third, Shigematsu stressed that education should evolve in response to societal changes. Fourth, he was committed to establishing a comprehensive and reliable system of educational evaluation. In conclusion, Shigematsu's educational philosophy, from pre-war to post-war periods, consistently focused on the scientification of education and the development of teacher autonomy and scientific judgment. This philosophy is significantly relevant today, particularly in the establishment of teachers' professional identity and the qualitative improvement of educational practice. It should be re-evaluated as a guiding principle for evidence-based education and teachers' proactive problem solving.
