現代の対人恐怖に関する一考察 --「おびえ」の心理に着目して--

Abstract

近年，漠然とした対人緊張や対人不安を訴える，構造のはっきりしない対人恐怖の増加が指摘されている。また，その心理特徴として，社会機能の低下や個の不確定さに関わる「おびえ」の心理への着目がなされるようになってきている。本稿では，「おびえ」の心理特徴を整理し，そのアプローチ方法の検討を行うことを目的とした。先行研究を検討した結果，「おびえ」の心理とは，漠然とした他者や物事への受身的な不安や恐怖であると整理された。また，「おびえ」の心理に関わる現代の対人恐怖の特徴として，従来的な構造やテーマが想定されにくいこと，葛藤構造が形成されにくいこと，などが見出された。そして，その背景には，断片的で曖昧な自己イメージや，物事への関与の薄さがあるのではないかと推察された。それらを踏まえ，「おびえ」の心理を尺度によって捉える可能性や，風景構成法の構成と彩色の様相に着目してアプローチを行う可能性について論じた。

The incidence of unstructured anthropophobia is increasing, with complaints of vague interpersonaltension and anxiety. In addition, attention is increasingly being paid to the psychology of “fright” related to the decline in social functioning and individual uncertainty as a psychological characteristic underlying this phenomenon. This paper summarizes the psychological characteristics of “fright” and discusses approaches to it. Based on a literature review, it was concluded that the psychology of “fright” is a vague passive anxiety and fear of other people and things. Contemporary anthropophobia related to the psychology of “fright” was characterized by difficulty in finding a conventional structure or theme and difficulty in forming a conflict structure. This may be due to a fragmented and ambiguous self-image and a lack of commitment to things. Based on these results, this study was performed to examine the possibilities of capturing the psychology of “fright” using a scale and of approaching the psychology of “fright” by focusing on the composition and coloring aspects of the Landscape Montage Technique.
