小学校支援学級担当教員とスクールカウンセラーによる学校臨床コンサルテーションの実践について

Abstract

本稿は、小学校支援学級担当教員との臨床実践を通じて、スクールカウンセラーが現在の学校臨床で求められるコンサルテーションの技術や可能性、特にスーパーヴィジョンの機能という観点で捉えたコンサルテーションの在り方について考察を行った。その結果、まずはコンサルテーションの枠組みや構造を正しく理解し、伝統的な対等性や相互性に支えられた関係を築くこと、またコンサルティである教員をエンパワメントし、自己有能感を支えること、ひいては学校組織全体の問題解決能力を高め、多職種連携の基盤となるようマネジメントすることが重要であると考えられた。また、支援学級という場を生かし、子どもの成長を支える器として機能することや、スーパーヴィジョンの機能を生かしたコンサルテーションを展開させることで、心理臨床の専門性に根ざした学校臨床独自のコンサルテーションとスーパーヴィジョンを相互に発展させることができると考えられる。

The purpose of this paper is to examine the techniques and possibilities of consultation required by school counselors in today's school clinical practice, especially from the perspective of the function of supervision, through clinical practice with teachers in charge of elementary school support classes. As a result, it is important to first understand the framework and structure of consultation, to build relationships supported by traditional equality and reciprocity, to empower teachers who are consultants, to support their sense of self-competence, and to improve the problem-solving skills of the school organization, and to manage them so that they become the foundation for interprofessional collaboration. In addition, by taking advantage of the place of the support class to function as a vessel to support the growth of children and to develop consultation that makes use of the function of supervision, it is possible to mutually develop consultation and supervision unique to school clinical practice rooted in the expertise of clinical psychology.
