青年期における「想像上の仲間」に関する一考察 : 語りと体験様式から

Abstract

本稿は, 青年期における｢想像上の仲間｣について取り上げ, それがいかなる存在であるのか, また, そうした存在との関わりを経験したことのある人は, どのように世界を体験し生きているのかについて論ずるものである｡

This paper investigated the "imaginary companion" in adolescence. It was discussed what existence imaginary companions appearing in adolescence had and how the people who had imaginary companions experienced the world. The details and the roles of imaginary companions in adolescence were considered by individual interviews with college and graduate students who had had imaginary companions. And the relationships between the imaginary companions and those who had experienced them were discussed through the narratives. The styles of experience were examined using Baumtest and Rorschach test. As a result, those who talked about their imaginary companions as continuing to appear revealed unstable styles with vague boundaries between the inner and outer worlds. The others who talked that their imaginary companions had already disappeared revealed a stable style that kept the outer world at a distance.
