dc.description.abstract | Many teachers wish they could conduct English classes by means of Team Teaching. However, there are problems to this method. Because these theachers lack enough cooperation. They must build a system of cooperation throughout the classes. The purpose of this study is to clarify how teachers decide their roles through children and how teacher relations change. As a result, it became clear that the role of teachers was decided through the communication between ALT and the children. ALT learned the rules of a classroom through communication with children, and the classroom teacher took the communication of ALT and children into account and intervened in a class. Further, it is also important that the classroom teacher ties ALT with the children. That is, ALT did not only teach English and come to have a double-meaning existence from which to learn the rules of the classroom from. As a class was performed, the distance of ALT and children approached, and the role of ALT, who teaches English in a friendly way and the classroom teacher who firmly control the class was decided. | en |
