抄録: The purpose of this study was to consider "Place" and "Identity" in college students analysing students' reports as data. As to "Place" students wrote in their reports that 1) they worried what to do in college and what to do in the future, 2) they felt conflicts between with expectations from their parents and their own expectations. As to "Identity" two cases were taken up. One case presented no communication with the others and an escape from their own identity. The other case presented communicating and discussing on conflict ideas of others to find their own identity. It was discussed the difference between students who pursuited their own identity and who wanted to be free from their own identity.
