キャンパス間ネットワークを活用した教職入門特別授業の試み

Abstract

The aim of this article is to examine the possibility of instituting teaching improvements by utilizing an inter-campus network. On August 2, 2005, we conducted an extra lecture of "Introduction to the Teaching Profession" with our remote lecture system connecting the Tempaku campus and Kani campus. We received some suggestions through our analysis of this exercise. First, the system was able to get a sense of reality comparatively. Second, students placed higher value on direct interaction in a lecture environment than we imagined they would. At a later date, on-demand teaching materials can be created from this experience.
