事例検討会に関する一試論

Abstract

This study reconsidered and investigated the potentiality for case conference in clinical psychology. Generally, case conference in clinical psychology are regarded as the occasion for considering, discussing, reading and interpreting a psychotherapeutic case. In this study however, it is considered an inter-twist-ness of innumerable factors each of which is an inter-twist-ness. A psychotherapeutic case, the presenter (who is the therapist in the presented case), the floor etc are equally put in the inter-twist-ness and simultaneously produced it. With the concept of self aware-ness (Jikaku, by Nishida, K.), the author thought such inter-twist-ness as "Basyo", by Nishida, K., which was the momentum of self aware-ness (if we could be open and sensible for it). Self aware-ness is a style, which enable us to question and consider, so it can create a dialogue. Yet, in true self aware-ness, Nothing-ness (Zettai-Mu no Basyo, by Nishida, K. ) is needed as the momentum as well as the inter-twist-ness, for true self aware-ness enables us to face the heterogeneous-ness and to have a true dialogue. That is to say, it is when we are in a case conference with true self aware-ness that we may experience a true dialogue, and as a result, case-conferences can be training in psychotherapy, a true dialogue.
