抄録: | This study investigates what it is like to narrate ego-experiences, and acquires suggestions to the experience of "narrate-listen" in psychotherapy. Based on individual semi-structured interviews about ego-experiences, it was observed that narrating one's ego-experiences is a paradoxical experience that causes narrator to realize the estrangement and relation between "I who underwent the ego-experiences" and "I who narrates the ego-experiences" simultaneously. Also, through the analysis of the interview about ego-experiences with A (an 18-year-old woman), it was thought that narrating deep experiences which relate to the root of the existence such as ego-experiences is the action at the risk of the subject to establish one's independence. "The wish to be understood" and "the wish not to be understood" are mixed in narrator of those experiences. The person who listens those experiences is inevitably required to understand the contradiction in a human being to establish one's independence. In other words, the necessity for differences and similarities between "I" and "others" and to recognize that those experiences are experiences unique to the narrator. As a result, the person who listens to those experiences can play the role of "others" that supports the subject of the person who narrates them. |
