dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to describe the story of active imagination which I had experienced during the term of dream analysis with my analyst; Dr. Spiegelman. In recent years, the paradigm I1Storyll is a matter of concern to almost all clinical psychologists and there are many researches about this paradigm in the clinical psychology. However there are few about the subjective experiences of the person that told the story. Firstly, I discussed the significance of the paradigm- "Story"-, relating to the paradigm "Modern Science". Secondly, I viewed my training process in become a psychotherapist and took up my experiences of dream analysis with Dr. Spiegelman. Finally, I described two of my dreams and stories of active imagination according to those dreams. I propose that it is most important clinically, not only to understand or interpret the story, but to Iive or experience the story.en
