思春期・青年期における身近な同性同年輩関係 : 関係イメージと同一性との関連より

Abstract

As Sullivan (1953) showed the importance of chumship, a close relationship of the same age and sex is regarded as important for the formation of an identity during adolescence. This study attempts to investigate the relationship between an identity during adolescence and various feelings towards the close same age and sex. In this study, identity was measured as follows; whether one has the sense of oneself, how one sets oneself in the situation (including interpersonal situation). A questionnaire for this research was handed out to undergraduate and graduate students. "The image of the close relationship of the same age and sex", "ego-identity scale", "Connected-Separated Self Scale", and TAT were provided to the participants. From the results, various styles of identity were shown among similar cluster groups. Especially, the difference between the groups with chumship experience and without this experience was discussed. There were differences between the sexes in the results and there existed different problems in the formation of identity between the sexes.
