摂食障害者の内的世界 : TAT図版19における「守り」という観点から

Abstract

The prior studies reported that clients of eating disorder protect themselves by eating disorder. So, this paper examined the TAT card 19 from the view point of "protection" to investigate how the danger in which clients with eating disorder need to protect themselves is, and if clients with eating disorder have a sense of protection or not. It is supposed that a sense of danger is projected on The TAT card 19, and "house or ship" in the TAT card 19 is often seen as the image of their protection. The results showed that the control group tended to make "being protected" "stories in contrasting" "house or ship" with the dangerous outside world. From this result, the function of protection in the group of clients with eating disorder is supposed to be weak. And the group of clients with eating disorder created "being unprotected" stories without the comments of "house or ship" more often than the control group. It is discussed that the group of clients with eating disorder have difficulty to hold the "being protected" image. A few cases are more examined. It is assumed that clients with eating disorder is hard to have the trust in self or the center of self which is supposed to be projected to the inner of "house or ship", and that what clients with eating disorder want to protect is vagueness.
