精神分析学における既視体験再考

Abstract

This report reviews studies on deja vu experiences in the psychoanalysis which occupies an unique position in the researches, and reconsiders the deja vu experience from the viewpoint of the psychoanalysis. First, Freud, S. proposed the hypotheses, which are the theory in 1901, the theory in 1914, and the theory in 1937. As a result of consideration on the change of the theories, it is showed the two types of the deja vu experience. One is the deja vu experience as the defense mechanism, the other is the experience when the defense mechanism is weakened. The two types may be inconsistent each other, but they are consistent if they are different experiences. Second, it is reviewed the studies after Freud. They mainly studied the unconscious phantasy behind the deja vu experience, and interpretations by the ego, the id, and the superego. As other possible hypotheses, it is considered that deja vu experiences are associated with 'regression in the service of the ego(Kris, 1952)', and 'repetition compulsion(Freud, 1920)'. The study in the psychoanalysis has been characterized by the practice knowledge from the field of clinical psychology. The most important thing in the study on deja vu experiences is theorization from the case studies.
