抄録: | In psychoanalysis, children with autism have been thought of from the viewpoint of bodily separation, dimensionality, and symbolization. Establishment of the internal three-dimensional space enables projective identification and symbolization. To examine this thesis, the play of children with autism in lower elementary grades was observed. The CARS scale and APEC scale were rated according to the results of observation and interviews with their mothers. Preference of these scales indicated that establishment of joint attention, internalization of mother object and psychic three-dimensionality make it possible to enter paranoid-schizoid position. Then, symbolization would be established. Even if symbolization is established, children with autism still lack animism and a feeling of vitality. This study indicated that measurement of the dimensionality and symbolization from usage of objects and space is necessary to select appropriate treatment. |
