現代精神分析における環境的アプローチをめぐる一考察－システムズアプローチによるコンサルテーションとの比較から－

Abstract

本稿では現代精神分析において，クライエントをとりまく環境を支援したり，セラピストをとりまく環境を支援に活用するアプローチを環境的アプローチと呼び，その今日的意義について考察することを目的とした。まず精神分析における「環境」の位置づけの歴史を概観し，近年の研究動向を整理した。そしてシステムズアプローチによるコンサルテーションと比較検討を行い，精神分析における環境的アプローチの妥当性，独自性を確認した。その結果，妥当性はほぼ支持され，独自性は，支援者が自身の無意識的情緒を手がかりとしながら，被支援者の主体性を重んじる態度にあることが明らかとなった。さらに支援者がクライエントだけでなく，環境となる協働者や組織の特性を理解し，交流することの意義について考察し，今日の心理臨床に貢献するためのいくつかの条件を提示した。In modern psychoanalysis, environmental approaches include supporting the environment of the client and utilization of the therapist’s environment. The present study examined the significance of these approaches in modern times. The history of the positioning of “environments” in psychoanalysis was examined, and recent trends in relevant studies were reviewed. The validity and uniqueness of environmental approaches in psychoanalysis were then examined by comparison with consultation services using system-based approaches. The validity was established. In addition, the approaches were unique in that the support providers placed emphasis on the independence of the support recipients, utilizing their own unconscious emotions. The study also discussed the significance of a supporter’s understanding of the characteristics of not only the client but also the environment, including cooperators and organizations, and interacting with them, as well as presenting some conditions to contribute to clinical psychology in modern times.
