対話の構造 --E-Sモデルの観点からみた, 対話における二つの軸--

Abstract

本論文は先行研究の内容的な検討を行い, 認知科学の観点から対話の構造をモデル化することにより, 話題を共有するという広義の対話について考えると共に, 意味的な観点から話者のアセスメントが可能となるような, 臨床の実践において有用な知見を得ることを目的とした。その結果, 対話とは, 話者の内にあると想定される概念間のリンクや, 言語的に示される言語運用の在り方に表れる意味的な側面や, 対話がスムーズであると感じられるかどうかといった主観的な体験などの様々な要素により, 話者の認知的な傾向や, 話者間の認知的な傾向の差を具体的に表しうるものとして捉えられた。そしてE-Sモデルに基づいた構造モデルを作成することで, 臨床実践において, 話者の意味的傾向から認知的傾向を具体的にアセスメントすることが可能な知見が体系化された。

This paper models the structure of dialogue from the viewpoint of cognitive science by examining the contents of previous research. The purpose is to consider the dialogue and to obtain useful knowledge in clinical practice to allow meaningful assessment of the speaker. The results showed that dialogue is composed of various factors, such as links between concepts that are assumed to be within the user, the meaningful aspects of linguistically indicated state of language operation, and subjective experiences, such as whether the dialogue feels smooth. In addition, dialogue was defined as a concrete indication of the differences between the cognitive tendencies of the speakers and the cognitive tendencies between the speakers. A structural model based on the E-S model was made. In clinical practice, it is possible to concretely assess cognitive tendencies from the meaningful tendencies of the speaker.
