交互色彩分割法研究の概観 --その活用実態と技法の特徴--

Abstract

心理臨床の現場で用いられる相互性のある描画法の中で，交互色彩分割法は実施が簡便で広く活用しやすい技法である。本稿では，交互色彩分割法について文献レビューを行い，活用の実態や，どのような特徴や問題点，活用可能性があるかについて検討した。その結果，交互色彩分割法は多様な現場，対象に，多様な方法で活用されており，治療やアセスメントのために活用できる可能性が示唆され，一方で実証的な研究がなされていないことが明らかになった。また，交互色彩分割法の特徴的な反応についても検討し，交互色彩分割法において相互交流の在り方が重要であることが明らかになった。さらに，技法の特徴から，交互色彩分割法の実施によって境界に関するテーマがあらわれてくる可能性が考えられた。交互色彩分割法がより有効に活用されるためには実施状況や対象に合わせた工夫が必要であり，特に相互交流や境界に着目した実証的な研究が必要であると考えられる。

Among the reciprocal drawing methods used in psychoclinical practice, the Reciprocal Division-and-Coloring Method is easy to implement and widely utilized. This paper presents a review of the literature on the Reciprocal Division-and-Coloring Method and an examination of its actual use, characteristics, potential issues, and possibilities. As a result, the method is used in a variety of ways across different settings and with diverse subjects. The findings suggested that the Reciprocal Division-and-Coloring Method has potential for use in treatment and assessment. To date, however, there have been no empirical studies regarding its effectiveness. In addition, examination of the characteristic responses to the method demonstrated the importance of mutual communication. The characteristics of the Reciprocal Division-and-Coloring Method also suggest that its implementation may uncover issues related to boundaries. For the method to be used more effectively, it is essential to develop approaches tailored to situations or subjects of implementation, and empirical research focusing particularly on mutual communication and boundaries is needed.
